Sandwiches

George Washington. Corn cobb smoked bacon, egg & cheddar with seasoned greek yogurt.
Abraham Lincoln. Turkey sausage, havarti cheese, dried cranberries and egg.

Thomas Jefferson. Chorizo sausage, pepper jack cheese, pico and egg.

Baked Goods

Pappy’s offers a variety of baked goods including Muffins, Scones and our “Pappy’s Original Made-from-scratch Chocolate Chip Cookies”

Lunch

Sandwiches, Wraps and Pizza

Andrew Jackson. Smoked turkey, havartic cheese, broccoli slaw and deli sauce.
Ulysses S. Grant. Grilled chicken breast with figs, feta, baby greens, shaved red onions and a balsamic glaze.
Benjamin Franklin. Slow roasted pot roast with Havarti cheese, caramelized onions and truffle infused mayonnaise.
Alexander Hamilton. Tender chicken breast and fire roasted thigh meat tossed with pistachios, and dried cranberries in a yogurt dressing, with baby greens.
Pappy’s Club House:  Turkey, Bacon, Bruchetta Mayonnaise, Lettuce and Tomato on Flatbread.

Salads


Chicken Salad. “Pappy’s Chicken Salad”, Arcadian Greens and Fresh Tomatoes.
Roasted Vegetable.
Flame roasted yellow and red tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onions and peppers on top of a bed of mixed greens.
Greek Chef. Fire Braised Chicken, Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onipon, Kalamata(this is spelled wrong on the website) Olives, Feta and Pepperoncini on a bed of Arcadian Greens.

Sweet

Fresh Fruit and Granola. Seasonal fresh fruit topped with Pappy’s granola.
Spicy Pineapple. Fresh pineapple, toasted pumpkin and chia seeds, crystalized ginger and agave nectar.
Crunchy Peanut Butter and Banana. Banana slices, creamy peanut butter, sunflower seeds and concord grape syrup.

Savory
Strawberry & Prosciutto. Fresh strawberries, thin sliced prosciutto ham and pistachios. drizzled with balsamic glaze.
OPA! Roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives and feta cheese, drizzled with olive oil.
Throubi. Smoked salmon with artichoke hearts, spinach and herb infused olive oil.
